Our houses range considerably in size and layout. While some constitute a form of "attached" housing - twins, court homes or quads, many are singles of varying sizes. Nearly all the houses have working fireplaces, patios, hardwood floors, and two or more bathrooms. Many have a butler's pantry, sunroom, or second staircase. Second floor layouts often feature connecting rooms (suites) and a room with a fireplace. Square footage ranges from 1,200 - 4,000+. Our apartments range in size from large historic units to more modern compact ones.

All properties are within walking distance of two suburban train lines and several bus routes. The majority are also close to the many excellent local shops and restaurants that line historic Germantown Avenue.

Rental rates for houses start around $1,500 and continue to $3,600 (excluding utilities) with most falling in the $1,500 - $2,100 range. The properties include a gas stove and typically a dishwasher. Other appliances are supplied by the tenant. Parking is most often on-street and off-site garages are available for rent.
