Houses

Rental rates for houses start around $1,450 and continue to $3,600 (excluding utilities) with most falling in the $1,500 - $1,900 range.

Each home includes a stove and usually a dishwasher. Other appliances are provided by the tenant. Many of our homes have 5 bedrooms, although we offer a good number of smaller and larger houses also. Typically our houses have 3 stories, full (unfinished) basements, and a minimum of 2 bathrooms.

A home studio or office, library or master bedroom suite, 3rd floor guest, nanny or “teenager” suite are a few of the many options our flexible floor plans allow.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. The majority of our homes have oil-fired heating systems which provide forced air, steam or hot water heat. Electricity, gas, water & sewer, telephone and internet access are additional tenant expenses.
