7945 Germantown Avenue was built in the 1980’s. Designed by a talented local architect, these apartments offer unique modern floor plans. Parquet floors, European style kitchens and charming outdoor balconies are just a few features that make these units extremely desirable. Another would be the excellent location, right in the heart of Chestnut Hill which means that many amenities are easy to reach on foot.

6500 Wissahickon Avenue is an impressive three - storey stone apartment house that was built in 1925. It was designed by architect Horace Trumbauer, famous for designing the Philadelphia Art Museum. Situated at the corner of Wissahickon Avenue and Upsal Street, the building is surrounded by century old trees and mature plantings. There are just seven apartments; six are spacious, three bedroom, two and one half bath units with beautiful woodwork, moldings, and other architectural details.
